ERP Implementation for Vanilla®

As the Managing Director of DAAD Solutions, I am excited to share our successful collaboration with Vanilla® café and pastry chain store, a brand recognized for custom-designed pastries. Our project aimed to implement an ERP system to capture transactions 24/7 for purchasing, production, inter-branch logistics, retail sales, and warehousing across all locations.

Key Achievements:

**ERP System Implementation:** Successfully implemented an ERP platform across all branches and central production facilities to unify daily operations in centralized software and enable real-time reporting.

**Unified Inventory & Logistics:** Streamlined inventory tracking and replenishment across retail branches.

**Modules Implemented:** Retail Sales, General Ledger (GL), Treasury, and Sales Order Management.

Project Impact:

The project with Vanilla® is a testament to DAAD Solutions' dedication to solving operational bottlenecks in retail and food manufacturing. By consolidating all brand transactions into a single integrated software system instead of siloed branch databases, Vanilla achieved greater agility in opening new locations and maintaining strict internal controls.
